Saturday Fun- I had a delivery of RSPB bird food the other day, ready for winter. I was in the garden putting out new feeders and topping up the others, when I looked up to see these Starlings on my neighbours roof waiting to be fed.
Expect more soon. Here they're gathering in bigger and bigger flocks, gleaning left-over grain from mowed fields and fallen seeds under park trees, fattening themselves up for the flight south and west.
