I Have Mussel (Arenaria interpres)

On my way back from my beach walk, I decided to have a look amongst the fishing boats. I sat and watched a small group of Turnies foraging in the late afternoon sun.

o:) I wonder why it behaves like a "Turnmussel" when it has so many pebbles around to turn!!! :-O Maybe bored of doing always the same thing? ;)

Good one Mali, like our oystercatchers here at Te Awanga, where they love the green liped mussels.
