I suggest the Chardonnay with your fish (Ardea cinerea)

Grey Heron with his lunch. I watched him stalk and catch this fish and the Egrets all flock to him waiting for him to drop it as he juggled it to get it head down. As you can see by the photo, he didn't drop it and gulped it down.
