Maybe warbling vireo. Right photo looks more like it that left. Could just be lighting. Might also be an orange-crowned warbler. Again, for this species the right image looks closer than the left.
the image on the left was "lightened" in Photoshop: the two pics are a series of jpg photos made with the same parameters and they represent the same bird in the same tree. Probably the right one shows better than the other the real colours of the bidlet...
