if only there were a pair. (branta ruficollis)

have heard sightings of another red-breasted goose in the lothians if only they met and were different sexes.who knows it might happen.this one seems to be showing no signs of leaving here just now been around for months and sighted in different areas moving around.a beauty indeed.

Wow, that Red-breasted Goose is beautiful. It appears that the Grey-lags think so too, they seem to be admiring it! Gorgeous picture Margaret!!!!! TFS!!!!

A lovely image of this colourful beauty, Mags !!! Thanks for sharing. We had just the one male wood duck in the area for many years. I always hoped a female would turn up but she never did. Unfortunately, I haven't seen the male now for a very long time. Best Wishes.
