Immature black vulture (Coragyps atratus)

I really hesitate to post this unworthy-of-the-birdforum shot but as far as I can tell, there are no pictures of an immature turkey vulture here so here's one until someone posts a better shot.
Edited a day later to give it its proper name, immature black vulture.
