Impatient male falconet (Falco peregrinus)

All the falconets had been returned today At first, they seemed extremely reluctant to fly, before the eldest flew over to where his mother was perching and started shrieking at her. Soon he stampeded his mother, and briefly chased her around the place. Whereas his mother was calmly gliding away from him, he was madly flapping his wings and screaming. Eventually he flew back to the nest after disapPearing for some time over the city.
