In the blink of an eye
This little girl was either blinking her eye or winking at me....don't know which. I had some fun Sunday morning, it was drizzling rain and the hummers were feeding. Not the best conditions but fun any way.

Clearly, you've got more to offer the little jewels cause I haven't seen a one in over a week now. Really scratching my head here but at least I have yours to enjoy ;)

They have been scarce at work, but I still see the same ones around home. Hope your returns soon.

Lovely shot, Donny. I'm in Hummer withdrawal, visiting my family in Dallas and haven't seen one of the little jewels in over a week!

Strange effect in her eye indeed! A couple of weeks ago I took a picture of an Alpine Chough and its eye looked exactly like this, I thought it was an effect of the shade but now I think it was blinking too! :h?: Maybe your girl closed her eyes to thoroughly enjoy the delicious nectar! ;) Very beautiful image!!! :t: :t: :t:
