Indian Muntjac
Just got back from 3 weeks in the Thailand western forest complex the last 2 at the Huai Kha Khaeng Wildlife Sanctuary.

While there I was lucky enough to get a look at and photos through the undergrowth of this shy rarely seen deer the Indian Muntjac or Barking Deer.

They do indeed bark like a dog when disturbed or scared.

Love those forests.

Very well done on getting this muntjac picture Robby. I saw my first one (not sure what subspecies though) back in May, where they're on a reserve in Norfolk.

A super picture you've got of him - nice work there lad.
