It was only a matter of time (Bombycilla garrulus)

There was so much coming and going of the Waxwings, I was bound to strike lucky with one of them in flight.

OK not all of him is sharp, but his head is clear.

Really nice image Delia, the best of your Waxwing shots. The head is in sunlight with a catchlight in the eye, the blurred wings convey movement, and the shape and character of the species is captured perfectly. Very well done.
