Jackal Buzzard
On a very windy day up on the plateau in the Kingdom of Lesotho we came across this Jackal Buzzard,who had a lot of trouble staying perched,being buffeted by strong gusts of wind,which explains its scruffy appearance.

great picture. I tried very hard to get this bird several times while in South Africa, but it always chose to fly away.
