Sorry to have been neglecting BF for a while. Had a frozen shoulder probably due to walking funny after my op!! Anyway all seems to be improving, done a good hours hill walk this morning and 200 hula hoops. Not bad for an 76 year old fart!!!

Ouch! Frozen shoulder :( The exercises that solve that are so boring, and it takes weeks and weeks of them. Glad to hear you're seeing the end of it now |=)| And it looks like this jay is offering to share a nut with you to cheer you up ;) :D
