Jays (Garrulus glandarius)

Just a grab shot through a grubby window in poor light, but a record of how many show up as soon as I throw food out. There was actually at least one more in my trees, but it's very difficult catching more than two together in the same frame, as they don't tolerate each other for more than a second.

I'll keep trying for a better shot of them together, but I'll need better light and lots of luck ;)

OMG!!! That's amazing Chris. I just can't imagine seeing that many together! They are such shy birds here, they're very hard to see at all and would never come into gardens!

Keep trying lad - you'll get the picture you want eventually!

Now that's a bunch of Jays. Imagine the food goes pretty quickly with that many around ;)
