Shot through a window. With the Christmas business there's not much chance to look for photo opportunities. And there's not much around the yard except for chickadees, goldfinches, the odd nuthatch, and the almost ubiquitous mourning dove. A pretty bird, but kind of boring. lol
This morning I walked out my back door and immediately heard an odd noise that seemed to come from above me in a nearbye tree . I looked up into it, then out over the hill behond my house, and I saw a large bald eagle flapping away at very low level and at a high speed, quickly to disappear over the hill. I think he was pearched on the tree, but in any case I had no camera with me, now there's a missed shot if there ever was one! lol!
