Juvenal’s Duskywing (Erynnis juvenalis: Hesperiidae) This skipper has a wingspan of 3.0-3.7 cm (!.2-1.5 in). Named after a Roman poet Decimas Junius Juvenalis.
Habitat
Post Oak/yaupon uplands. Along an open, wide trail through an upland dominated by post oak and yaupon at ca. 80 m (262 ft) elevation.
Location
Lick Creek Park Nature Center, College Station, Brazos County, Texas, USA.
