Neil that is a nice capture. I was also in the park last month but found few raptors as they seemed to be up north. Nice light. The light this time of the year is very yellow with the brown and yellow grass. I found some of the stuff nearly looked sepia.
 
Hi,

I think your bird is a Dark Chanting Goshawk. The tail looks too short for a Gabar Goshawk. A juvenile Gabar is usually more streaked on the upper breast.
