Kestrel and small bird prey (Falco tinnunculus)

My kestrel neighbours are hunting and catching prey all day around my apartment.
Location
El Gouna, Egypt
Date taken
28th March 2019
Scientific name
Falco tinnunculus
Equipment used
Nikon coolpix B700
I thought it may be a quail. Would be good to know.

This is happening all around my top floor apartment all day, so my photos are nature in its rawest form. I get the crunching sound effects too! :)

that's a superb photo of this kestrel and its prey!! I would agree with Mali that the prey is a wryneck, top marks, many thanks for sharing!!
