Kestrel on the Camera (Falco timmunculus)

This Kestrel has a favourite spot. Perched on the camera in the middle of the Island at Carsington near the Wild-life Centre. He is not deterred by the wires that have been erected on the camera brackets.

Clearly a good look-out spot! As a surveillance researcher I find that comforting. Finally a good use for a surveillance camera installation ;)
