Kestrel_with_prey_Day_2 (Falco tinnunculus)

Sorry I'm posting so late today, and haven't done any browsing yet either. I had a good writing day at work, and then carried on when I got home by finishing up my travel diary so I could exchange diaries with husband.
So OK, now I'll post, have one last cuppa tea, and see how much browsing I can get done before I'm too tired. I'll catch up with the rest of you tomorrow during breaks at work.

Today's posts: Two of a Kestrel we watched, pretty far off, busy eating something but too far off to make out what. If it weren't for super-zoom, I wouldn't have seen him at all. And if it weren't for the monopod, these shots would have been as blurry as that Black Woodpecker shot I posted yesterday. Thanks all for your support on that one |=)|
