Killdeer
Killdeer (Charadrius vociferus vociferus) Doing a great job of distracting me, diverting my attention from its nest. Though I did not look for nor did I see it (lol).
Habitat
Post Oak Savanna vegetational area. Open undeveloped area surrounded by hardwoods at ca. 91 m (300 ft) elevation.
Location
Blinn College, Bryan, Brazos County, Texas, USA.

What a great tail display you've captured on this Killdeer Stanley. With as many Killdeer i've seen, I don't remember ever seeing that tail display. Perfect guy!
