I spotted this Meadow Grasshopper ( Chlorthippus parallelus ) sat viewing its realm looking as if it were on a podium about to deliver a speech to a rally or like a character from a Lewis Carroll novel.

A wonderful green grasshopper with great camouflage in green foliage. I like its perch over looking its territory. Excellent John!
