Hi Jim,

I was at Brandon mid/late afternoon and also saw the kingfisher that showed well for a prolonged period. We missed each other. I took my mum and she was delighted to see it and the Hobby that was about.

This is an excellent photo. Like you I have never seen a Kingfisher perch/hang around for so long.
