This is my first Kingfisher, I spotted him as I was just leaving the reserve to go home, & I drove home with a big grin on my face!! It's a little soft but I'm well chuffed. "I'LL BE BACK"

Woodland lake area.

And a very nice Kingfisher it is too Cashie. It's really exciting when you see your first one and it's quite a while since I saw one at all. Good shot with excellent colours.
 
Congratulations - but it's the start of a seemingly impossible quest to get better shots of these jewels of a bird.

My Favourite bird Cashie i had one this morning for about 15mins but boy was them branches in the way still can`t complain this is a real gem mate congrat`s.
