Saw both these species from the car today, but we were on the highway and couldn't stop nearby. Maybe I'll get back out there later this visit. They were in a protected wetland area set aside as a nature preserve by some nearby vineyard and cattle ranch owners. Good to know that sometimes wetlands do get preserved |=)|
