Australasian
Masked Lapwing too had
similar semantic
confusion ...

... and
none of them is a
plover in true sense

Meanwhile ... the
Lapwings didn't give
even two hoots ... or
may be one 'did-did'
( their call ... ) about
all that controversy ...
