Landing gear
Although we do have some Greylag resident in Scotland obviously, I think these were likely to be new winter arrivals.... hard to tell though, isn't it.

I always think these guys look so ungainly when they come in to land LOL

AFAIK Wildcat isn't especially rare here, but certainly not seen very often!
