Habitat
On the border of the Edwards Plateau and Cross Timbers and Prairies vegetational areas. South side of sewage pond 1 west at 132 m (433 ft) elevation.
Location
Hornsby Bend Bird Observatory which includes the sewage ponds of Hornsby Bend Biosolids Management Plant, southeast of Austin, southeast Travis County, Texas, USA.
