I think it´s the Greater Necklaced Laughingthrush (Garrulax pectoralis). Note the dark eye.

I cross checked both, lesser necklaced laughing thrush has a complete necklace.

Such a pretty bird this one Majsujan, such a shame that they get trapped, isn't it. I hope he survived to tell the tale.
