your absolutely right, Ann, as nicely illustrated in this great portrait, many tfs!!

Indeed they do have some rather lovely plumage markings I think Ann.

Nice one lass - thanks for the reminder my friend.

BTW the new system searches the Gallery differently and is only picking up images via information in the Tags. So the Scientific Name needs to be entered there, as well as in the Scientific Name field, along with the common name if it's not in the title. Any other information you want to add to the Tags would be a bonus! I hope you can help with this.
Yes, but when I accidentally uploaded before finishing and then went back to edit, the common name (tags) field didn't come up ????

Yeah... the Tags aren't on the Edit screen. But if you look at the top, alongside where your name is, you'll see a luggage label, click on it and you can enter them there!

When you put on, say Passer domesticus, a drop down then starts and you have to select one of the options from there then insert a comma to do another one.

I don't think there's a limit to the number of tags you can have (not reached it yet if there is one), but there's a limit to the number of characters you can have in a single one (I did reach it once but can't remember how many it was).

Thanks Ann.
