Lifer two
A Muntjac wandered down through the grass near where the Mallard had been.

Knew I'd never seen one of these before and pointed it out to other people in the hide; they told me what it was. We don't get them in Scotland, at least not round here.

So hot on the heels of the morning's Lifer, Hobby, this was a tick I didn't even plan for LOL.

Darn critter itch, gotta get rid of these bugs. Nice shot showing what these animals go through in the wild D.

Well those put you one Muntjac and one Hobby ahead of me! I've never seen either. Do we have a green-with-jealousy emoji??? No??? I guess this one will have to do: :bounce:
 
Congratulations on our lifer, Delia. You must have been really chuffed to see this muntjac as I was the firts time I saw one. A nice capture.
