Little Blue Heron

Little Blue Heron (Egretta caerulea)

Suddenly I forgot how to distinguish a white heron from a white egret. He isn't blue as the color suggest but he is little and I can match him in the National Audubon Society book. I know the Snowy Egret has yellow eyes but I still have a hard telling a White Heron from a Little Blue Heron or Great Egret. Geez anyone that can help please do so. One other thing he had a green tint before his beak.
