What a beautiful scene! A super picture this Brian.

Apparently they lay 4-6 eggs, but I've never seen that many chicks the most I've seen have been 3. Think they're doing really well to raise two to independence.

Glass half full or glass half empty? I'd say any pair that gets at least one chick through its first summer has had a successful season. Happy to see that for a Dabchick pair. Lovely birds |=)|
