Little Lady (Sylvia atricapilla)

While we were travelling from Ken's place to Gigrin, we stopped at a little place called Erwood. Hazel had some stuff to do in the post office, and we parked right next to a little bridge. I got out of the car, and was watching the fish in the river below, when this lovely lady popped up briefly, in the bushes beside the river.

Nice capture!

This particular bird does appear to me as a young bird.
Young Blackcaps, both male and female, all fledge with a brown cap!
For that reason this is not nessesarily a female.
