A snippet of information from someone recently, lead to this location, not far from home, to find a cheeky little fluffball, in the shape of a little owl.
I have tried on several occasions to get a shot, and on Sunday my efforts were rewarded, when it popped out of its usual hiding place, and sat in the open, on a branch.
Mostly it seemed to be sleeping, but occasionally it would peer over at me, to make sure I was still in the car, or perhaps at someone driving by.
I watched it for about an hour - a beautiful creature.
