Long-Billed Corellas (cacatua tenuirostris)

These wonderful birds are increasing in numbers in Ballarat. I saw at least 100 the other day flying over the lake. We have had a small amount of rain which has given Lake Wendouree enough water to attract quite a few birds.

They are so cheeky looking, and you took such a lovely intimate shot. I haven't managed to see the long bills yet, must make a trip to Ballarat one day.
