That's a fantastic picture you've taken of this curlew JJ... a species we don't see coming in very often. Thanks for trawling through your archives to find him my friend.

I've commented on an old picture of yours (Japanese White-eye) as the taxonomists are shifting all the white-eyes, splitting, lumping and whatever. Just thought you'd like to know.

Excellent picture of this overgrown sandpiper with a unique bill. Wonderful setting, focus, colors, detail, and reflection. Terrific job JJ!
