giving a repertoire
of calls ... mimicking
those of small birds
present in the
vicinity ... Prinias Munias
... and Weavers
... as well as that
of Common Mynas

A terrific close-up of this talented shrike. I had no idea that any shrike species were mimics. Very impressive footage of this beauty. TFS Renu & Alok!
