Long-tailed Tit

Long-tailed Tit (Aegithalos caudatus)

Had a lovely break over Easter in the UK, perfect sunny weather for early starts and long walks along the Grand Union Canal. Forgotten quite how lovely England is in the spring. And how excited was I to capture this little beauty! May be common for UK residents, but for this expat, a sheer delight! Hope you like him! Made up a little for the tragic loss of the spadgers in the UK, did not see one. How very sad. At least the dear old spadgers are thriving in Abu Dhabi, I have at least 20 feeding on my window ledge each morning.
