Long-tailed Tits (for KC)
I know she likes these, just as I like her Hermies.

The little evergreen tree these birds were in was completely removed a few weeks later, when my neighbours over the road also had their sycamores cut back (the latter will grow again). It's kind of a pity, because as well as LTTs the evergreen used to get Coal Tits and Goldcrests. But all that work on the trees means I can see the sky again and photograph birds in flight, which is ample compensation.

Thank you for your comments on my pictures, stay safe and well, and good birding!

a great photo of these cute little birds, John. Hope the trees will grow back so that the tits will return, while maintaining a clear view to the sky, I'm sure the peregrine will come back.

A brilliant twosome you have of these beauties in a well framed capture. A great shot, John, well done.
