Long-winged Harrier (Circus buffoni)

Three flight shots today. All taken at the same spot, cruising over some open pampas wetlands. Bridge cameras aren't the best at flight shots, but these three turned out ok, and two of them were my only shots of two of my 80+ lifers that trip. This one's the best one, even if its Latin name does sound like a silly circus :S

You have done well with this one though. And well done on your new Lifer too..

LOL on the scientific name - it does sound funny doesn't it.
