Look what I can do!! (Cathartes aura)

I'm really not sure what he was trying to achieve with this pose, unless it was to attract a mate, but I didn't think they did that at the end of the season. Anyway, I haven't seen any new birds around and I thought we'd have some more warblers by this time, but I did count 15 turkey vultures perched in the trees. I really don't know why we have so many of them, it's not like we live in a field where they might find some dead mice or rabbits. I really think some of them should move elsewhere!! lol

Fantastic picture of this TV. Fabulous focus, exposure, colors, lighting, feather detail, dof, setting, and background. First-class Pam!!!!!
 
Funny looking old birds, well captured Pam...Guess they're waiting for you to fire the Barbi up, LOL.
 
A great shot Pam, looks like he is catching a few rays, I've seen a lot of birds doing the same thing.
