I was just getting ready to head home when I spotted this unlikely bird. Got some nice shots of it circling around some tree trunks and didn't know I got this until I scrolled through all the shots back in the car. At Collins Creek Landing, Murrells Inlet, SC

Mmmmm..... nice one Bob!!! It's always great when you realise you've inadvertently managed to get a wee bird in flight isn't it!!

A super picture that is too my friend. We don't have a flight shot of this species in The Opus, so I'll upload it to the article shortly.

That is an awesome capture. I got one photo of this breed in Augusta, Georgia but never posted it. It wasn't even horizontal but I never saw it before. Are they rare?
