Magpie with Zamia fruit (Cracticus tibicen)

For a change walked at Star Swamp this morning. It's the end of summer; the Zamia fruit is ripe and being enjoyed by Australian magpies.

He really seems to be tucking in to it too David. I don't know zarnia fruit.... can we eat it too?
