Making hay! (Athene noctua)

Little Owl again I'm afraid. Maybe the last ones though in this setting as the farmer was collecting and carting away the rolls of straw this morning. They certainly seem to like this roll as it's the third day in a row they've been here. Just two here this morning though a third juvenile nearby.

I'd look cross too if a farmer was about to carry my home away! :'D A brilliant capture Ian - it's a splendid behaviour shot, I've never seen an Owl in a place like this before. :clap:
