A nice in flight shot of this poor bird S&S. Unfortunately, looking at the legs, it looks like your poor bird has the Fringilla papillomavirus. Perhaps you may want to thoroughly clean the feeder as it may spread. There are a few actions online that you can take to try and stop the spread of the disease. It affects chaffinches more than any other bird. Sometimes it would be wise to remove the feeder for a while until the diseased bird has moved on. It is surface spread so any chaffinch that lands on your table could get infected. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.
