Manado Grasshawk (Neurothemis manadensis)

This one apparently has no English name so I made one up. Identification somewhat tentative. Based on range this beautiful dragonfly with transparent wing tips should be "Neurothemis manadensis." However there are also intermediates between it and the similar "N. stigmatizans" aka Painted Grasshawk of Australia and this may be one of those. See reference for details. Corrections always welcome.
