We actually at last made it through the centre onto the reserve proper!

It looks like these two have decided on a divorce, doesn't it!! Funny though, the next picture shows the front one with a Coot LOL..... dirty rotten two-timer!!

Would you believe I've been away from the house for 6 hours for a 15 minute hospital appointment!!! I missed the bus home by minutes and had to wait 1 hours for the next one, and that cost me 3.50 for a coffee and cake! Nice though!;) Especially as I'm on a diet:-O

Oh, I dunno about the divorce. They could be patroling the perimeter together "You check that side, I'll check this one ... oh, it was just a coot you saw over here. All clear."
As for your diet - just skip the butter on your potatoes at dinner and you're back on track (says she who can't stick to a diet for herself ;)). Anyhoo ... 6 hours for a hospital visit can be a good thing if the key 15 minutes was only to say "All clear". Hope that was the outcome!

Beautiful wetland scene. As for the "divorce", my wife saw that comment and said "Nah, they're just not newlyweds anymore." lol! A fine photo DT! Hope the Doc had good news for you! You deserved a little treat after your long wait!

Typical for breaking a diet. A nice story (greylags) and a reason how it could happen. LOL.
Sorry for being infantile and silly.
Sad that the Greylags are so lonesome.
