Marsh Harrier
Those August weeks gave us great raptor views and I managed to get a flight picture of this female.

Had to lighten the image, so was pleased to see some underwing detail appear.

We also had a Sparrowhawk fly right below the hide window ... twice!!! And I missed getting a shot he was so quick and unexpected!

Well done! Much better than I got of any of the dozens of Marshies we saw in Romania.
 
A super in flight capture Delia. You see on your details where it says Exp bias 0. if you make that +1.5 or +2 you will have all the underwing detail. Regards.
 
Doing very well with your BIF shots Delia .I agree with Papa Smurf regarding the bias especially with a back lit shot like this .Keep experimenting with your great work.

A wonderful picture of this beautiful raptor D and excellent work in lighting it so more color and detail and be seen. Top-notch!!!
