I have yet, after knowing of our Harrier for 55 years, seen one perched anywhere. I am pleased you found this bird this way, fabulous photograph!

What a gorgeous raptor. Great on ground close-up with a lovely head turn and eye contact. Love the bright brown colors how it stands out among the dead and live vegetation. Fabulous JJ! TFS!
