Masked Laughingthrush (Garrulax perspicillatus)

Small parties in Hong Kong Park were very sociable and constantly chattering. Apparently very common in Hong Kong but we only saw them in the Park. This one is showing how they have what seem to be erectile feathers on the crown/forehead.
